About the Journal
Indian Journal of Research in Capital Markets (ISSN 2394-3459) is a double-blind, peer-reviewed bi-annual journal dedicated to advancing rigorous research in capital markets : their institutions, instruments, and practice. Published Bi-annually, the Journal is included in UGC's List of Recommended Journals (No. 47227) and indexed in Google Scholar and J-Gate.
Objectives
We give researchers, practitioners, and academicians a platform to publish original work that deepens understanding of capital markets and drives informed debate on emerging issues in the financial sector.
Scope
We welcome original empirical and theoretical papers, case studies, short communications, research notes, and persepctives across:
- Analysis and design of trading mechanisms
- Behavior of asset prices in financial sectors
- Capital, securities, and derivatives markets : trading and pricing of stocks, bonds, currencies, and commodities
- Corporate governance
- Corporate restructuring: share buybacks, delisting, mergers, and acquisitions
- Credit markets and leveraged buyouts
- Dividends, bonus and rights issues, and rates of return
